How to find your way around and begin chatting.

Choose how to enter
Use Chat Buddy’s normal sign-in or guest-entry options. Availability depends on the current site configuration.

Find a conversation
Open the Rooms or Categories area to browse chats you are allowed to join.

Say hello
Enter your message in the chat input and send it. Avoid sharing private contact information in public messages.

Explore at your own pace
Use the People panel to find others, and the Help Centre to learn more features.
Good to know
This Help Centre is available without signing in. Interactive first-login tours are being developed as a separate next phase.
